New Wave Power is a Non-Captive Energy Broker representing more than 20 Retail Electricity Providers (REPs) across all deregulated states in the country. To be considered by New Wave Power, all REPs are evaluated on an on-going basis for financial strength, customer service, billing performance, and other business criteria.

Scott Cofran - President/CEO and Co-Founder
Scott Cofran is a trusted name in the energy industry, with over 10 years of experience in Large commercial to mid market sector, energy and gas sales, with a focus on the client’s needs and their budget. He is experienced in all markets, both direct and indirect, power and gas.
Before starting New Wave Power in August 2018, Scott was Director of Commercial Sales for Spark Energy and was responsible for nationwide sales and customer acquisition, including end-to-end sales management of commercial clients. In the past Scott also headed Commercial Sales for Direct Energy, Cirro Energy, GeXa Energy and played a key role in the continued development of strategic partnership and client relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.
Scott completed his studies from Stephen F. Austin State University.

With over 28 years of experience in sales & marketing, Hector has been instrumental in building a customer base for a lot of companies.
Before starting New Wave Power in April 2019, Hector was Director of Telesales at Spark Energy and was responsible for end-to-end management of Telesales and Door to Door operations. In the past Hector had worked in a key position for a lot of companies like Direct Energy, CIBT, Windstream Communications, Bargain Network, MCI and played a vital role in the development of these companies.
Hector completed his studies from Riverside Military Academy.

Before starting New Wave Power in September 2019, John was responsible for the end-to-end management of Telesales and Door to Door operations at Spark Energy. In the past, John worked in key positions for companies like NRG, Reliant & T-Mobile.
